Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds for hair services canceled by clients. However, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment. We also want to remind our clients that if cancellations become a habit, future services will require full payment in advance. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help you. Also, failure to cancel in advance or notify us of cancellation ended in a no-show, for future business a $30 no-show fee will be required before proceeding.
